(i) Resources to support you and your child

If you or your child would like more information about mental health and well-being, or to speak to someone over the phone or in-person, there are a wide range of resources available online and in the community.

You can visit mindline.sg to find support and resources for your mental health and well-being. Alternatively, here are other resources you can try reaching out to (note that this list is non-exhaustive).

If you feel in need of a safe space and would like for someone to provide a listening ear, you can reach out to these helplines:

  • Institute of Mental Health (IMH)’s Mental Health Helpline (24 hours): 6389 2222

  • Samaritans of Singapore (SOS) (24 hours): 1-767 (1-SOS)

  • Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH) (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, excluding public holidays): 1800 283 7019*
