Empowering Parents with Parenting for Wellness

About Us

At Parenting for Wellness, we understand that every parent's journey is unique. That's why this website—a collaboration between the Health Promotion Board, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Social and Family Development—is designed to offer you personalised resources to build a strong relationship with your children, strengthen your children’s mental well-being and emotional resilience, and parent effectively in the digital age.

We aim to boost your parenting confidence by providing key knowledge and evidence-based, practical and actionable strategies that you can use to support your children as they develop between 7 and 19 years old.

Signing up for the Parenting for Wellness website provides a personalised experience upon registration, offering resources and tools curated for your needs. You will access modules that meet you where you are in your parenting journey, helping you find clarity and confidence with each new step. Your progress will also be automatically saved so you can effortlessly track it and pick up exactly where you left off.

We hope Parenting for Wellness supports you in raising happy, confident and kind children.
